Simple!

So here we are.  The Paleo Diet has numerous books and angles.  Which one is best?  Do I go 100% organic and drink raw milk, eat uncooked meats, and local organic veggies?  While I do believe in the best, grass fed beef, cage free chickens, organic raw vegetables and fruits whenever possible, and while all that has it’s place, I became successful as a coach because I helped a person or athlete create a lifestyle, not an all consuming diet that took more time out of a persons life than it would add.
